Job Purpose
We are delighted to be supporting a District Council in recruiting an IT Support Officer on a full-time, temporary basis. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site only.
Your new role
- You will be working with Technical Analyst to provide the first line and first-class Technical Service Desk using great customer skills that is supported with technical knowledge.
- You will be a key part of the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services.
- The work will be a variety of support tasks, hardware commissioning and decommissioning and general IT Support.
What you will need to succeed
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies required and ITIL would be advantageous.
