Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Head who is a Class 3 and 4 registered building inspector to establish an enforcement team within the Building Control Service for a Local Authority.
The role is full time (36 hours a week).

- A Class 3 and 4 registered building inspector to establish an enforcement team within the Building Control Service.
- Managing the temporary and dangerous structures workstreams.
- Assisting the operational teams with enforcement on building control applications.
- Assisting with developing an effective "Target Operating Model" for the Building Control Team.
