Job Purpose
We are looking for experienced SEN Case Officers to manage complex or escalated Annual Review cases, particularly where the review outcome is disputed, unclear, or requires significant amendments.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of challenging AR cases, including:
- Disputes from parents/settings.
- Requests for specialist or out-of-county placements.
- Significant provision changes.
- Manage cases from review decision through to amended/final plan.
- Prepare and present complex AR outcomes to panel (RCP).
- Justify funding uplifts, placement changes, or specialist provision.
- Work closely with Parents/carers (often in dispute scenarios), Schools and SENCOs and Providers and professionals.
- Manage expectations and reduce escalation to tribunal where possible.
