Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Digital Organisation Design & Transformation Lead to support a major programme within a complex, security-conscious environment.
This role will suit someone who has delivered large-scale digital transformation within engineering, defence, or similarly complex organisations, and who can shape how digital capabilities are structured, delivered and embedded across the business.
Working Arrangements - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading digital transformation strategy and delivery across a complex organisation.
- Designing digital-first operating models and supporting workforce planning.
- Driving organisational design to enable modern digital capability.
- Leading change management and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Balancing programme demands within a highly secure environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation programmes.
- Strong background in organisational design and operating model development.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience within engineering, defence or other complex regulated environments.
