Job Purpose

We have a great opportunity for an interim Service Manager within children's social care.

Working Arrangements: 3 days per week on site in Swindon/2 days remote working

Key Responsibilities

• The role is to lead and oversee quality assurance activity within children’s social care including the Authority's monthly practice audits, thematic audits, identifying key learning and facilitating forums for closing the loop to ensure that learning is applies to practice.
• The role will also be key in support in preparation for Ofsted inspection and monitor visits.
• In addition this role with add capacity for driving forward practice improvements needed within the broader Quality Assurance service.
