We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with proven experience of working with young children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support and deliver high‑quality care and assistance to pupils, including those with higher or additional levels of need.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who

• Has proven experience supporting children with higher or more complex levels of need.
• Is committed to supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Adopts a therapeutic, nurturing and restorative approach to supporting children and managing behaviour.
• Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice.
• Is resilient, proactive, creative and genuinely enthusiastic.
• Holds high expectations for all pupils and for their own professional practice.
• Works effectively and positively as part of a wider school team.
